We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Phlebotomist to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Medical Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while collecting high-quality plasma for life-changing medicines.
Key Responsibilities- Perform phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma from donors, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
- Screen donors for eligibility, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria for plasma donation.
- Coordinate donor flow and manage the donor floor, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Stock supplies, break down empty cartons, and assist with proper disposal, adhering to company standards.
- Compensate donors using the Debit Card system, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
- Wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).
