• Build a lucrative loan and deposit portfolio while delivering exceptional customer service through proactive business development efforts.
• Gather pertinent information and assess the financial standing of applicants.
• Comprehend the commercial lending landscape in the Capital Region to facilitate seamless banking experiences for potential clients.
• Offer tailored financial solutions to businesses and their proprietors.
• Invest time in nurturing relationships with entrepreneurs, community organizations, and key influencers to advocate for the Bank's offerings.
• Represent the Bank professionally at various business and community events.
• Present potential loans to management and board loan committees for evaluation.
• Stay informed about local business prospects, economic trends, and industry developments by engaging with the business community through local organizations.
• Enhance relationships with current businesses and their owners, pursue new business opportunities, and generate referrals for additional financial services.
• Collaboratively set and achieve production targets.
