Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a welcoming, safe, and engaging learning environment.
  • Assist children with personal care and hygiene when necessary.
  • Adhere to classroom schedules and collaborate with the teaching team to implement activities.
  • Provide coverage for absent teachers, following the guidance of the classroom team.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in Montessori education.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of two years of teaching experience is required.
  • Fluency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Current vaccination status for Covid-19 is required.
