Lead Infant Montessori Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Infant Montessori Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and leading a model classroom, partnering with families to meet each child's individual needs, and fostering a deep sense of community within your classroom.
Responsibilities:- Create and lead a model classroom as a part of our founding team
- Partner with families to meet each child's individual needs
- Foster a deep sense of community within your classroom
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with Montessori principles
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Fully sponsored MACTE-accredited Montessori Teacher Diploma
