Nesco Resource is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team in a 1st shift position. This role involves operating a variety of stamping machinery to join or bond metal components into automotive parts and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate stamping machines in accordance with OSHA standards and Company procedures using required safety equipment.
  • Load parts into machine, activate weld/assembly cycle/process, and remove metal components from machine and place or package into specified container according to established process.
  • Inspect parts visually for quality defects and use measuring devices to compare parts to standards.
  • Maintain clear and accurate production, quality, and inventory records by completing production reports, scrap reports, and lot tags.
  • Perform routine and preventative stamping machine maintenance and setup, including machine lubrication and tip changes/filing.
  • Participate in continuous improvement/associate involvement groups as directed.
  • Complete training programs established for specific production activities.

Requirements:

  • No experience needed.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and operate stamping machines safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
