Position Overview:

The Environmental Services Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the facility. This position involves executing daily cleaning tasks as directed, adhering to the protocols established by the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts routine sanitation tasks in patient, public, and communal areas following the designated cleaning procedures.
  • Implements thorough cleaning protocols in patient rooms upon discharge, ensuring readiness for incoming patients.
  • Facilitates room arrangements and modifications as required.
  • Maintains cleaning equipment in a clean and operational state in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Reports any maintenance needs regarding equipment, furnishings, or facility infrastructure to the appropriate supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping or environmental services.

Two professional reference letters from a supervisor within the last two years are required.


  • Completion of a drug screening.
  • Negative TB test result.
  • Proof of all required vaccinations, including:
    • Tdap
    • Covid
    • Flu
    • MMR Vaccination/Titer
    • Hep B/Titer
    • Varicella
