Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Lead Valuation Projects: Oversee project management for valuation assignments, ensuring adherence to timelines, resource allocation, and budget considerations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout project execution.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Advisory Role: Provide insights to insurance providers regarding underwriting and capital allocation for IP-related ventures.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the standardization of work products and identify tools that enhance the efficiency of valuation processes.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate with the business development team to evaluate new opportunities and prepare relevant documentation.
- Thought Leadership: Assist in the creation of content that showcases our expertise and best practices in the field of intellectual property valuation.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Over 10 years of experience in valuation, preferably within prestigious consulting firms or corporate development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in financial valuation contexts.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven leadership experience in managing project teams and developing talent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Education:
A Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, or economics is preferred, with a focus on finance being advantageous.
