Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues on Infiniti vehicles, including brakes, transmissions, engines, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Utilize electronic diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems.
  • Complete all repairs and maintenance tasks according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed and report any issues or concerns to the Service Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's needs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably with experience working on Infiniti vehicles.
  • Broad knowledge of automotive mechanics and repair techniques.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer and diagnostic equipment proficiency.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds).
