General Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the HVAC Panel Fabricator include the assembly of XeteX units, which involves assembling, sealing, utilizing hand and power tools, and conducting quality inspections for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of HVAC panels
- Assisting in the loading and unloading of equipment, materials, and supplies
- Palletizing panels using a forklift and team lifting
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Following directions and assisting leadership with various tasks
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Background in construction is preferred
- Proficient in operating basic hand tools safely and effectively
- Demonstrating responsibility, good interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and punctuality
- Capable of reading and interpreting basic drawings, technical sheets, and procedures
- Adhering strictly to quality standards and regulations
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand continuously for 8+ hours
- Kneeling and crouching occasionally
- Climbing ladders occasionally
- Lifting from floor to waist occasionally
- Lifting from waist to shoulder occasionally
- Lifting overhead occasionally
- Frequent lifting of 0 - 25 lbs
- Occasional lifting of heavier weights
- Occasional work in confined spaces
- Occasional work at heights over 4 feet with appropriate safety measures
