About the Role:

We are a dynamic and customer-focused dealership seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, locating and arranging for the delivery and installation of automotive parts and accessories, and maintaining accurate sales documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Receive and stock incoming parts, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure the storage area is well-organized and clean.
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Parts Sourcing: Locate and arrange for the delivery and installation of parts and accessories, both within our current inventory and from external sources.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate sales documentation, including reports and records, as required.
  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a safe and organized manner, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, a helpful attitude, and a friendly demeanor are essential.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
