  • Create and uphold project timelines, budgets, and operational plans.

  • Produce regular updates on project health, status, and performance indicators.
  • Examine project data to uncover trends, risks, and areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to guarantee project specifications are clearly understood and fulfilled.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation, including amendments, extensions, and renewals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in a relevant field, business, or technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the utilities or construction sector.
  • Experience in managing electric utility distribution projects is preferred.
  • High proficiency in project management software tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and other relevant systems.
  • Knowledge of contract law and experience in contract negotiation and management.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects concurrently, with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
