  • Assist the Management team in daily store operations
  • Lead by example, demonstrating consultative selling techniques and maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor
  • Represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service and educating guests on our products
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure feedback and business updates are shared in a timely manner
  • Manage daily responsibilities, including people leadership, cash handling procedures, and inventory processing
Requirements:
  • Sales-driven and goal-focused
  • Experienced in coaching, training, and mentoring Sales Associates
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a retail environment, or 6 months of experience for Curaleaf Team Members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and make sound decisions
