Position Overview:

As a Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing our fleet of heavy machinery and trucks both in the field and in the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair various heavy equipment and trucks.
  • Read parts diagrams and compile lists of necessary components for repairs and maintenance.
  • Possessing a state inspection license and a Class A or B license is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Bring your own hand tools essential for mechanical work.
  • Be prepared for field assignments that may require overnight stays.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Keep your work area organized and tidy.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
