Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Equipment Supervisor to join our team at TransForce. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising construction and heavy equipment operators, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise two or more full-time employees
  • Direct the installation, repair, maintenance, construction, and demolition of concrete structures, parking lots, play areas, drainage ditches, and landfill cells
  • Estimate materials, labor, time, and equipment for proposed construction, maintenance, repair, and demolition projects
  • Answer citizens' complaints concerning maintenance work on public property
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. and five (5) years of experience in the maintenance, repair, and construction of streets, bridges, and drainage structures
  • At least two years of experience operating construction equipment, such as dozers, compactors, excavators, or motor graders
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and be on-call 24 hours as needed
