Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at APAC-Alabama, Inc. This is a key leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule daily operations, including manpower and equipment allocation.
  • Interface with job foremen to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that may arise.
  • Review and approve time cards, cost sheets, and other project-related documents.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to provide feedback on job progress and assist with field measurements.
  • Maintain adequate oil supplies and fuels for project operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of construction supervisor experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Standard driver's license required; traffic control certificate preferred.
