About SEKO Logistics

SEKO Logistics is a customer-centric company that values its customers above all else. To maintain its position at the forefront of the global logistics industry, SEKO is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join its Customer Service team.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status via phone and email

Enter shipment data into SEKO's systems, including recoveries, PODs, and alerts

Schedule pick-ups and manage customer accounts

Resolve issues with shipments by collaborating with SEKO's partners

Comply with SEKO's C-TPAT Security Profile and uphold its Core Values

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

3-5 years of experience in a customer service role

Logistics industry experience, project management skills, and call center experience are a plus

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and general computer functions

Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and communicate effectively
