Job Summary: As a Material Handler at ATRO Parts, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data entered into our RF Smart/NetSuite database, as well as the timely delivery of materials to and from production. You will perform manual and clerical tasks involved in the storage and issuance of materials, and work closely with our Warehouse Supervisor and Inventory Manager to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull accurate materials and quantities and deliver on time to production departments using work order/department material reports.
  • Assist with additional material requests as needed, including dipping pins and cardboard housekeeping.
  • Perform set-up and maintenance of bin locations in the warehouse.
  • Assist with cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and NetSuite database.
  • Monitor and transport completed work orders and/or materials between company facilities as needed.
  • Responsible for put-away of return to stock of raw materials from manufacturing departments to warehouse.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge of Netsuite software, including work order, inventory, bill of materials, and production routings.
  • Efficient work habits and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand continuously, and work a 10-hour shift and overtime as needed.

Interaction: The Material Handler is expected to interact with owners, managers, supervisors, and other ATRO associates, as well as vendor representatives and truck drivers.
