As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will answer phones, greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner, match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs, schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled, and help ensure all clients' needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.

  • You will maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
