CSPD Manager

The CSPD Manager is responsible for overseeing the UKHC enterprise flexible scope reprocessing services, including supervision of staff and oversight of scope handling from cleaning, storage, and distribution of all HLD locations. The manager is accountable for day-to-day leadership, management, and development of Central Sterile services, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of surgical instrumentation, including scopes, and production of high-quality patient outcomes.

• Supervise staff and oversee scope handling from cleaning, storage, and distribution of all HLD locations
• Develop and direct department-specific supervisors to ensure essential support
• Set priorities for strategic Perioperative Services associated with essential CS expectations
• Cooperate, support, and participate in organizational and departmental goals to achieve objectives

• 5 years of experience
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) plus additional approved national sterile processing certification within 1 year
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a daily basis
• Stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time and occasional job-related travel
