CSPD Manager

The CSPD Manager is responsible for overseeing the UKHC enterprise flexible scope reprocessing services, including supervision of staff and oversight of scope handling from cleaning, storage, and distribution of all HLD locations. The manager is accountable for day-to-day leadership, management, and development of Central Sterile services, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of surgical instrumentation, including scopes, and production of high-quality patient outcomes.

• Supervise staff and oversee scope handling from cleaning, storage, and distribution of all HLD locations.
• Develop and direct department-specific supervisors to ensure essential support.
• Set priorities for strategic Perioperative Services associated with essential CS expectations.
• Cooperate, support, and participate in organizational and departmental goals to achieve objectives.

• 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification.
• Additional approved national sterile processing certification within 1 year.

The CSPD Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with occasional job-related travel. The conditions of work may involve exposure to communicable diseases and injury from intractable patients or sharp instruments.
