  • Service Request Fulfillment: Schedule work to meet priorities and minimize business disruption, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain security and functionality through the application of temporary fixes and workarounds, and update knowledge bases to facilitate future resolution of common errors.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep relevant stakeholders informed of any new issues in a clear and timely manner, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Experience with ITSM processes and toolsets, knowledge management methodologies and toolsets, and supporting enterprise-level applications in a virtual support environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong understanding of problem identification techniques and ability to analyze complex issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
