**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled RN Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, assisting physicians, and ensuring the highest level of quality care.

**Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate patient care with other departments and staff members
* Assist physicians with patient care and treatment
* Perform assessment skills and develop individualized care plans
* Intervene with appropriate action after needs are identified
* Evaluate the assessment, planning, and intervention process
* Demonstrate professional and personal development
* Deliver direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of a School of Nursing or College Nursing Education Program
* Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days
* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within 6 months
* TNCC certification within 6 months
* Current licensure by WV State Board of Nursing
