Job Description

Job Summary:

The Training Administrator plays a crucial role in the Training Department, overseeing all back-office reporting responsibilities. This dynamic position involves making calls, sending email updates, and managing various tasks, including maintaining Excel spreadsheets and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and evaluate the progress of the New Hire training program, ensuring timely completion and grading of training materials.
  • Maintain organized training folders and documents, including weekly folders, calendars, and other relevant records.
  • Manage additional spreadsheets related to training calls, leader updates, new hire start and end dates, and other pertinent information.
  • Pull and filter reports from our Learning Management System (LMS) and Zoom to provide comprehensive insights into training metrics.
  • Proactively send email updates to field leaders, keeping them informed about their team's training progress and attendance in training calls.
  • Conduct outgoing phone calls to new team members, offering support and checking on their training progress.
  • Gather information for quarterly reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submission to field leaders.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential for effective data management and reporting.
  • Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members, leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
