About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LVN to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and company policies.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on health promotion and disease management.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
