We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Polynesian Cultural Center. This role will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the day-to-day operations of all revenue-producing onsite marketplace activities, ensuring that all aspects of the business meet the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on daily maintenance, security, parking, and guest services.
  • Coordinate with tenants to ensure their facilities and processes meet PCC standards.
  • Monitor product quality and sales efforts at on-site tenant locations.
  • Stay informed about products, services, and other general information of interest at on-site tenant locations.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Polynesian Cultural Center and its operations.
  • Good health and ability to perform a full range of body movements.
  • Able to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Able to work with various cultures, customs, and personalities.
  • Two years of sales and/or merchandising work experience.
  • Three years of outside related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree, high-school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Business Administration, Marketing, or Travel Management.
Work Schedule

19 hours per week. All applicants must be available for an on-site interview at the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie, HI. Please note that the Polynesian Cultural Center will not provide relocation or travel expense reimbursements related to this application or hiring process.
