Production Operator

At Niagara Bottling, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production floor, adhering to safety, quality, and production goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure daily activities of the production line(s) meet established safety, quality, and production standards.
- Accurately complete quality and production reports hourly, and report any quality defects to the appropriate team members and shift leadership.
- Adhere to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production and additional areas assigned by plant leadership.
- Ensure an appropriate level of raw materials is maintained to minimize production line downtime.
- Perform relief duties and troubleshoot minor production line issues as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in a similar role or managing people/projects a plus.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as dictated by production demand.
