The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Electrical Construction team in Portland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, schedules, and scopes of work in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be essential in transitioning project management and engineering activities through the design to construction phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and scopes of work
  • Prepare client and subcontractor change orders
  • Monitor, control, and report on the financial performance of projects
  • Coordinate work with trades, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Coach and mentor project team members
  • Develop project staffing plans to include labor, subcontractors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to ten years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction
  • Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or Suretrak
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficient with construction estimating programs and software
