Regional Growth Strategist

- Prepare and perform needs assessments, construct proposals, and close new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and case study presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our services.
- Develop presentations and write custom business cases alongside customer stakeholders that 'tell a story' outlining how our solutions will support their business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders (internal and external) to maintain an active and healthy pipeline.
- Collaborate with SCS team members in other regions to 'team sell' and target shared customers.
- A deep understanding of the Supply Chain and Logistics industry, including inherent trade-offs faced when evaluating supply chain designs.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
- Experience selling to complex, enterprise clients and navigating difficult conversations.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus an aggressive bonus package.
