- Financial Management: Maintain accurate records of expenses, revenues, and budget allocations to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Staff Supervision: Provide guidance, training, and support to building staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Construction Management: Oversee construction projects, including contractor selection, bid evaluation, on-site coordination, and change order management.
- Cost Control: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and implement cost-saving measures to optimize project outcomes.
- Contract Administration: Negotiate contracts, prepare and submit documents, and expedite payments to contractors and vendors.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including logs, reports, and documentation.
