Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operational and financial aspects of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property management, including budget control, maintenance requests, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Organize tasks and projects using company-approved methods, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Daily Property Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify potential issues.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate records of expenses, revenues, and budget allocations to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide guidance, training, and support to building staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Special Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Construction Management: Oversee construction projects, including contractor selection, bid evaluation, on-site coordination, and change order management.
  • Cost Control: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and implement cost-saving measures to optimize project outcomes.
  • Contract Administration: Negotiate contracts, prepare and submit documents, and expedite payments to contractors and vendors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including logs, reports, and documentation.
