At Boot Barn, we're seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our denim product line. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of our denim strategy, ensuring alignment with our brand vision and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute denim product lines, including design, development, and production planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, merchandising, and sourcing, to ensure seamless execution of denim products.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation in denim.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality products at competitive prices.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform product decisions and optimize inventory levels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of denim product development, including design, production, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Fluency in Chinese or Mandarin a plus.
