Key Responsibilities:
- **Cleaning and Maintenance:** Clean and maintain buildings, facilities, and equipment, including floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and restrooms.
- **Trash Removal and Recycling:** Remove trash and recyclables from facilities and ensure proper disposal.
- **Supply Management:** Restock supplies and materials as needed.
- **Communication and Teamwork:** Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, coworkers, and management.
- **Safety and Security:** Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- **Age:** Must be at least 18 years old.
- **Experience:** No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- **Education:** No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- **Customer Service Experience:** Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- **Similar Work Experience:** 1 year of similar work experience in cleaning and maintenance.
