LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for individuals with a strong background in accounting and finance, offering a competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare journal entries and generate financial statements.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and credit card transactions.
- Engage with vendors as required.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Familiarity with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Experience using an ERP system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A personable and approachable demeanor.
Hourly Rate: $26.00 to $30.00, commensurate with experience.
