About the Role

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a clinical expert in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions to improve the lives of children with ASD.
  • Collaborate with families to ensure they understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
  • Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns.
  • Share knowledge and experience through direct supervision, support, training, and orientation of our growing team of behavioral technicians.
  • Provide physical support to clients during sessions, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and keeping pace with children.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA license or sitting for the exam in the next 3 months.
  • Demonstrated skills in implementing ABA with children with ASD or related disorders.
  • Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
  • Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
  • Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
