The Clinical Pharmacist - Nights is a critical role at TriStar Centennial Medical Center, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care services to ensure safe and effective drug therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and intervene in therapeutics to provide optimum outcomes in a cost-effective manner.
- Deliver pharmaceutical care services by monitoring and intervening in therapeutics to provide optimum outcomes in a cost-effective manner.
- Fulfill departmental responsibilities within the long-range plan, mission, vision, and values of the hospital.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date.
- Current Tennessee Pharmacist licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Doctorate degree or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
