Your Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of products for any irregularities and promptly inform your supervisor of any concerns.
Adhere to operational guidelines by interpreting labels to streamline the production workflow; effectively communicate paperwork and labels/picking lists.
Set up and manage a single side straight-line glass-edging machine to refine glass or mirror edges.
Qualifications You Bring:
Experience as a CMS, CNC, Hand Fabrication, or Polish Machine Operator.
Background in a production or manufacturing setting; experience in the glass industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Capability to lift up to 75 lbs. independently and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
Ability to push weights exceeding 150 lbs. as part of a team.
Proficiency in reading a tape measure.
Willingness to follow directives from Supervisors, Plant Managers, and/or Branch Managers.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures typical of the region in a non-climate-controlled environment (Heat, Cold, humidity).
