Neuroscience Sales Representative: Empowering Your Career

About the Role: As a Neuroscience Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our product promotion efforts within your assigned territory. With a strong focus on scientific knowledge and clinical understanding, you will communicate effectively with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to achieve sales goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Scientific Communication: Share high-level scientific reasoning supporting the understanding and treatment of depression, as well as the benefits tied to our Neuroscience products, with Psychiatrists and other relevant HCPs.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage customers in a way that reflects an understanding of their environment and provides insight relevant to their market and practice.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategies: Execute sales and product marketing strategies to achieve sales goals, working closely with the District Business Manager and Neuroscience Marketing team.
  • Relationship Building: Develop, sustain, and grow highly effective working relationships with Psychiatrists and other relevant healthcare providers.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to the Neuroscience Business Unit Sales leadership by offering marketplace intelligence and insights, collaborating with others to foster greater coordination around promotional efforts.

Your Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License: Hold a valid U.S. driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
  • Territorial Residence: Be a resident of the designated territory.

Travel Requirements:

  • Age and Driving Authorization: Be at least 18 years old with authorization to drive a company leased vehicle or rental.
  • Travel Frequency: Ability to travel 70% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $73,600 - $101,200 per annum, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
