In This Role, We Will Ask You To

Engage with multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize and evaluate mechanical designs for packaging, mechanisms, and components, ensuring an optimal balance of functionality, aesthetics, form, and cost-effectiveness.

Utilize DFX methodologies to enhance designs for manufacturability, serviceability, and sustainability.

Collaborate effectively with clients and serve as a vital team member on significant projects.

Maintain clear communication with team members, senior management, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Approach all projects with a proactive, success-oriented mindset, and keep abreast of the latest advancements in product development, production techniques, and rapid prototyping methods.

Assess resource requirements, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to allocations.

Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Address conflicts among resources and between clients and engineering teams.

Stay updated on project developments, tackle emerging challenges, and contribute to resolving major issues.

Uphold the confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Be proficient in the latest version of SolidWorks CAD software.

Willingness to travel as needed (valid driver's license and vehicle required).
