Key Responsibilities

  • Security Assessment: Identify key stakeholders in A&A efforts, ensure system documentation reflects current system security configurations, and maintain cybersecurity procedures and processes.
  • Communication: Analyze, interpret, and apply Federal cybersecurity guidance to customer needs, communicate the security posture of systems through designated reporting mechanisms, and assist in preparation and review of documentation.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Perform continuous monitoring of security controls to ensure they are implemented correctly, operating as intended, and producing the desired outcome with respect to meeting cybersecurity requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and certifications.
  • Security Clearance: Active Security Clearance.
  • Certifications: Current DoD 8570 baseline certification for IAT II (one of the following: GSEC, Security+, SCNP, and SSCP certifications).
  • Experience: 5+ years of Cyber Security experience and 2 years of IT experience (Networking/System Administration).
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written skills, excellent communication skills, and working knowledge of security system controls, policies, technical security safeguards, and operational security measures.
