We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Burn Med Surg Float Pool team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate treatment plans for patients in the Med Surg and/or ICU departments.
- Manage the efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparation for exams, providing general nursing care, and arranging or testing and admissions.
- Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls, including phone triage when needed.
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
- A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
- At least two (2) years of full-time equivalent Acute Care RN experience in the designated area. Less than 2 years of experience requires approval by the CNO.
