  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state of North Carolina.
  • Current Health Certificate.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
