Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of marketing campaigns, including research, planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts and optimize results.
  • Budgeting and financial management for marketing initiatives.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform future marketing decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a non-profit or educational setting.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns, with measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
