The successful candidate will oversee construction planning, cost control, and productivity reporting while collaborating on project execution and participating in risk and change management discussions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of project controls professionals to ensure effective project execution.
  • Oversee construction planning and cost control functions with supervision.
  • Ensure constructability is considered during the planning process.
  • Facilitate productivity reporting to track project performance.
  • Implement tools to assess project status and proactively identify and escalate issues.
  • Collaborate with the management team on project execution strategies.

Requirements:
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, preferred.
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree with five or more years of relevant Cost Control or Planning and Scheduling experience.
  • No four-year Bachelor's degree required with eight years or more of relevant Cost Control or Planning and Scheduling experience.
Skills:
  • Proficient in Primavera P6.
  • Experienced in construction projects.
