In this full-time position, you will work under the guidance of experienced chefs while receiving comprehensive training. You will not only achieve a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship but also contribute to the seamless operation of our kitchens, ensuring that our guests enjoy exceptional quality.
Apprenticeship Program Includes:
- Regular face-to-face and virtual check-ins every 4-6 weeks.
- A blend of on-the-job and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars.
- Quarterly reviews with your Line Manager and Trainer.
- Feedback sessions to monitor your progress.
- Opportunities to obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if not already achieved).
- 30 hours of paid work each week.
