Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Daily audit, balance, post, and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations to ensure accuracy of the property's financial and accounting records.
- Customer Service: Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, providing the highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests' needs.
- Communication: Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations, working in cooperation with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Operational Tasks: Use computer systems to make reservations, check-in and check-out property guests, process payments, and perform tasks such as answering phones, maintaining a cash drawer, and operating office equipment.
- Safety and Security: Ensure guest and property safety by knowing all safety, security, and emergency procedures.
- Education and Experience: Understanding of general accounting practices and ability to compile facts and figures, with a strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
