Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in a core curriculum tailored to individual learning needs.
- Deliver direct nursing care under the guidance of a coach, adhering to established protocols.
- Prioritize patient care activities based on acuity, preferences, and resource availability.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- BSN preferred.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification if working in an Emergency Department.
As a caregiver, you will be expected to demonstrate critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires a full range of motion, including lifting and handling patients, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. You must be able to work under stress and adapt to irregular hours.
Personal protective equipment is provided as necessary to ensure safety during procedures.
