Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Centralized Sterile Technician to join our team at MultiCare Health System. Key Responsibilities
  • Process and sterilize medical instruments and equipment to ensure they are safe for patient use
  • Maintain accurate records of instrument and equipment inventory, including tracking and reporting any discrepancies or issues
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Completion of Central Service Technician course of study or completion of healthcare organization training program
  • Central Service Certification or commitment to obtain within one year of hire, as required by location
  • Minimum one (1) year of related experience preferred
