Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure staff completes all documentation as required.
  • Manage labor hours and ensure assigned service sites operate within budgetary guidelines.
  • Conduct timely performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a Social Science degree.
  • One year of supervisory experience required.
  • Previous experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or related disorders preferred.
