  • Prepare and complete journal entries to reconcile intercompany activity.
  • Review and adjust recurring journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare various monthly accrual entries to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Reconcile various balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Work with international companies to understand accounting practices and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and distribute month-end financial statements for confirmation of results.
  • Prepare and distribute intercompany balances to confirm balances.
  • Responsible for cash receipt journal entries, including corporate and intercompany cash receipts.
  • Participate in review meetings with the international finance team to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Support the VP Finance - International as needed to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Support departments, divisions, and other departmental information requests to ensure timely and accurate responses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 2-5 years accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software products, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
