Essential Qualifications:

Daily Responsibilities: We are looking for a highly qualified IT Project Manager to oversee and deliver IT projects with an emphasis on Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive project management experience, expertise in managing project costs, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams. Knowledge of ADO boards and Service Now is essential, while familiarity with Microsoft Azure migration or modernization projects is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects involving multiple vendors, departments, and complex integrations
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including external integrations and dependencies
  • Lead and coordinate project teams effectively
  • Define project tasks and manage resource allocation
  • Oversee project budgets, including monthly forecasting and accrual tracking
  • Identify project risks and issues, developing and executing mitigation strategies
  • Manage project changes to meet objectives
  • Monitor and report project status to stakeholders
  • Timely escalation of concerns as necessary
  • Provide guidance and direction to external vendors when applicable
  • Participate in project quality audits
  • Facilitate the development of Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services, as needed
  • Exhibit strong leadership, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
