About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Segment 16, working a 1st shift schedule. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and programming operating machines, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in various test sequences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and program operating machines, including accuracy and effectiveness checks in various test sequences
  • Oversee the ramp-up of machines after setup procedure and support Operators in operating the machines
  • Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime, and inspection of machines
  • Follow documented procedures and processes, maintaining accurate records and tracking
  • Check finished product/product component and submit for approval
  • Follow all safety and production rules, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to use instruments for measuring and identify defects
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English
  • Ability to operate complex machinery for use in inspection
  • Good visual acuity
  • Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multiple years of experience operating complex machines in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
